Many big companies have a "firewall" between their intranet and the Internet at large. This machine regulates traffic between the two, adding a level of safety by preventing access to and from unknown Internet sites.
Since EVP Office is new, it -- obviously -- will be unknown to the firewalls. This can prevent the software from working when using the Internet for evaluations, often with the error message "Sock_Handle_Open () failed".
This problem, however, is easy to fix. Simply ask your system administrator to allow access to:
IP Address: 22.214.171.124
Additionally, EVP Office also supports users that have proxy servers, allowing access past firewalls without requiring system administrators to make any changes.
