How Do I Upgrade to the Latest Version?

Will it be a new installation, or an update to the latest version?

If this is a new installation, any of the EVP Office component will require an account information key. This 16-digit key is used to activate the software. This key can be had by calling the Support line at 818-313-6300 or sending an email to support@evpsys.com.

If this is an update, you first need to check where the program is installed. To do this, click on one of the icons of the EVP Office programs. Say you selected EstateVal, highlight EstateVal's icon, right click on your mouse, select Properties, then Shortcut. The location on Target is where EVP Office is installed. This is where we suggest you install the latest update. By installing the update on the same directory where the old version is installed, it will take whatever settings you already have the programs set to, such as, data and billing paths, import and export options, etc.
